This is a group for Moms or mommy to bes who like to or need to workout. We will meet mostly at Campion trail , and you can bring your little ones or come by yourself. You can walk or run, and during the summer I would like to bring in volunteers to teach aerobic or kick boxing or any kind if classes. I am so excited to meet other Moms and build relationships that will last.
We are a group of wellness coaches and veteran 3-Day walkers who enjoy getting some fitness walking in. We currently meet on Saturday mornings to do a 3-mile fitness walk and some even go a second loop for 6 miles! Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable, appropriate clothes and let's get to walking!
