Stripper Aerobics

"Stripper" Aerobics is the hottest new workout trend in America! This class will offer fun while shedding excess pounds and at the same time help bring out your inner sexy side! This class can go on for a few sessions with each one designed to work on pole dancing, floor work, lap dancing and body movements. You can sign up for more then one session or jump into a scheduled session at any time. Or we can schedule a bachelorette party or a birthday party and do private sessions for just your group! This is very laid back and a time to get together girls and have fun!
